We charge a minimum of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 15 minute increments (most other companies charge in half hours). Rates exclude materials and are subject to VAT.
Fixed prices can be given if requested by written quotation please contact the office before work commences.
Materials supplied by Rockland Electrical will be charged at trade price plus 10% mark up and are subject to VAT.
We always charge correctly and fairly according to our quoted rates and our policy on overcharging is unequivocal. But in the unlikely event that any of our engineers ever do deliberately disregard this policy they will be dismissed, and a refund will be made.
We will always take responsibility in the unlikely event that work is not carried out to our standards. If you are unhappy please call our office, we will try to resolve your issue by sending a tradesmen back, or manager, at a time that is convenient to you.
Our Tradesmen will always show a full breakdown of labour, material and any other charges, and a comprehensive description of work carried out is shown on all invoices and estimates.
We do not charge for the following: call out charge, travelling, parking, Congestion and there are no other hidden charges.
Payment must be made in full by card, cheque or cash to the engineer upon receipt of the invoice.
All of our workmanship carries the company's written 12 month guarantee for your peace of mind.
